Peter has been involved in conservation and hunting his whole life. He has grown up on Mpofu Game Ranch and thus knows the terrain and animal habits very well. He co-ordinates all hunting activities and culling operations. He is a member of the South African Wildlife Society and the South African Gun Association (SAGA) He is an active reloader and firearm enthusiast and a member of the South African Arms and Ammunition Collectors Association. "Joe" or "Musket" Lubbe  was born in the Free State and spent his youth on a farm in the Luckhoff area. He is a registered professional hunter and a member of PHASA and the South African Hunters and Game Conservation Association. He has worked with Peter for a number of years and thus has a good knowledge of the hunting areas we favour. His association with Mpofu Game Ranch stems not only from his hunting and shooting abilities, but also from his ethics and likable nature.

Lennox (Len) Freemantle is the person who has paved the way for Bandelierskop Ecotourism. He is a life member of the South African Wildlife Society and the owner and founder of Mpofu Game Ranch. He has hunted extensively in Zimbabwe (then Rhodesia) and has shot both Lion and Leopard in defence of his cattle on Shangani Ranch. He has never been a trophy hunter and has long since lost count of all the animals he has taken. As a registered professional hunter, his knowledge and experience far outweighs many of the "professionals". He is still actively hunting and a very capable shot. He acts as a driver and keeps the camp running smoothly while the professional hunters are in the field.

Joyce Freemantle has dedicated a major portion of her life to Mpofu Game Farm. She coordinates the everyday activities of the camp, is a qualified Cordon Bleau chef  and supervises all meals.

Joel Mampuru is the senior camp supervisor and a capable field guide, tracker and skinner

Simon and Solly Matshekga are both very capable trackers and skinners. They grew up in the area and know Mpofu Game Ranch very well. 

Josephine Matshekga is responsible for the cleaning up of the rooms, laundry and washing up.
